This tool is provided by Zero By Design LLC ("we," "us," "our") for informational and educational purposes only. It is not, and should not be construed as, financial, tax, investment, legal, accounting, or credit counseling advice. Use of this tool does not create a fiduciary, advisor-client, or professional relationship of any kind between you and Zero By Design LLC, its owners, or its affiliates.

2. User Assumption of Risk; No Warranties

The tool is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." Zero By Design LLC makes no warranties, representations, or guarantees of any kind, express or implied, regarding the tool, its accuracy, its outputs, or your results. The tool operates entirely on the data and inputs you provide — outputs are only as reliable as the information entered. By using the tool, you acknowledge and accept that you assume all risk associated with its use and any decisions made based on its outputs. You agree to hold Zero By Design LLC, its owners, affiliates, and the brands Intentional Money Moves and Zero By Design harmless from any claim arising from your use of the tool.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zero By Design LLC's total liability to you for any and all claims arising from your use of the tool is limited to the amount you paid to purchase the tool. Zero By Design LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or reliance on, the tool or its outputs, including but not limited to any financial decisions you make based on those outputs.

4. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this tool, this Disclaimer, or the Terms of Use shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration conducted in the State of Maryland, in either Washington County or Frederick County. Each party shall bear its own costs and fees, including filing fees, arbitrator fees, and attorney's fees. You expressly waive any right to a trial by jury and waive any right to participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against Zero By Design LLC. Any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis.

5. Consult a Qualified Professional

Before making significant financial decisions, you should consult a qualified financial professional, tax professional, attorney, accountant, or other licensed professional appropriate to your specific situation. This tool does not replace the personalized guidance of a professional who can evaluate your full circumstances.

6. Acknowledgment and Agreement

By completing the acknowledgment step at time of purchase and using this tool, you affirmatively acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Disclaimer and the accompanying Terms of Use. Your acknowledgment, together with the email address and timestamp captured at purchase, is retained by Zero By Design LLC as a record of your agreement.
